The philosophy

Why the Lock-in 2.0 is different from anything you have tried

Most programmes fail at the exact moment that matters most — right after the challenge ends. You have results, no structure, and no idea what to do next. The Lock-in 2.0 is built around that problem.

Where most programmes fail you
The programme stops — then you stop.
This lock-in is delivered across three phases: Initiation, Acceleration, and an optional but highly requested Integration phase — so you are never left alone at the hardest part.
What the Lock-in 2.0 does instead
Phase 3 is built in. The exit is part of the plan.
Weeks 9 to 12 teach you to maintain results without counting calories, navigate eating out and holidays, and structure your next fat-loss cycle. Short, focused, effective — with an actual way out.
1
Gradual by design
Nutrition progresses from a structured meal plan to flexible macros to eating without counting. Training builds week by week. No shock, no burnout.
2
A real finish line — and what comes after
Eight weeks of lock-in, then four weeks of integration. You leave knowing how to eat, train, and live without needing a programme to tell you.
3
Mini-challenges throughout
Weekly challenges keep momentum high and give you reasons to show up beyond the scale. Most challenges won counts toward the winner — not just weight lost.
4
Clinician-intelligent curriculum
NEAT, cycle-syncing, eating out and on holidays, structuring your fitness year — content written for the realities of clinical life, not a generic gym audience.
"Most programmes drop you at the hardest part. This one is built around it."
Why this works

Why this works when everything else has not

Most fitness programmes are built for someone else's life.

Questions

Common questions

Answered directly.

Highly advised for best results — the programme is built around gym-based training. That said, it is not an absolute requirement. You can follow the programme with a set of dumbbells (5kg and 10kg), a bench or sturdy coffee table, and access to a treadmill, exercise bike, or running route. The gym will get you further, faster.
Female clinicians who want real, structured fat loss with an actual plan for what comes after. You need to be willing to train at the gym 3 to 4 times per week and commit for 8 weeks. If you have been starting and stopping for years and want a defined period — with a real finish line and a clear exit plan — this is for you.
To get the most out of the lock-in, you will need:
  • A gym membership
  • A smartphone
  • A basic wearable or step counter
  • A water bottle
  • Food scales
  • Bodyweight scales
  • A full set of loop and handle resistance bands for home workout alternatives (used at most once per week as a Plan B)
Most programmes fail clinicians because they were designed for someone else's life. This lock-in is built differently from the ground up: flexible nutrition that works whether you cook, eat out, or grab food between shifts; targeted mindset training that addresses the patterns behind the starting and stopping; a community of other clinicians who get it; and a flexible training plan with a 3 or 4-day gym option and one home session per week as Plan B for busy weeks. The structure bends around your life so you do not have to choose between your career and your health.
Built around unpredictable rotas. No assumption that your energy is consistent or your evenings are free. Plan B home workouts included for the hardest rotations.
No. Structured for all starting points, including those who have not trained in years. Full onboarding video, written guidance, and ongoing form feedback. Workouts are matched to your experience. Post training videos on check-in days for form analysis. The strongest results often come from women who started exactly where you are.
No. Guidance on navigating social events, weekends, and alcohol is built in. This is designed for the real world, not a controlled bubble. That said — you get what you put in. The more precisely you track and cook at home, the better your results.
Sessions are recorded. Missing live does not mean missing the content. Submit questions ahead of any call and receive answers whether or not you attend.
The Lock-in 2.0 introduces three key upgrades. First, a phased nutrition system — you move from a structured meal plan to flexible macros to eating without counting, so you are not dieting forever. Second, a clinician-intelligent curriculum — NEAT, cycle-syncing, eating out, structuring your fitness year. Third, Phase 3 Integration (weeks 9–12), which teaches you to maintain results in real life. The winner receives 1-to-1 coaching based on the biggest transformation.
Week 8 is the Phase 2 finish line — but the programme does not end there. Phase 3 (weeks 9–12) teaches you to eat without counting, navigate real life including holidays and weekends away, and set you up to come out of the dieting phase without losing your hard-earned results. This is the part most programmes skip entirely — and it is the key to making results last. We close week 12 with a final group check-in and the winner announcement.
Following the structured integration phase you will be primed and ready to enter the next Lock-in should you want to lose more weight. The integration phase is designed precisely for this — so you come out of the dieting phase in the best possible position to either maintain or dig deeper, without the rebound that derails most people. If you want a higher-touch, fully personalised transformation — or coaching through another goal entirely, whether that is performance, strength, or a specific endeavour — you can enquire about the premium 1-to-1 GAL membership, which offers the full GAL method individually tailored to you.
